My first blog

I have started this blog with the aid of my son Andrew, who thought it would be a good idea for me to write a blog as an alternative to writing a webpage (which after 8 years I still have not managed to work out).

In future blogs you can look forward to my thoughts on current events and my endless pursuit of my family history.
